Our office is looking to hire an office assistant part-time, 20-25 hrs to start, and moving into a full-time position for the right person. Position involves computer work, filing, answering the phone, posting to social media accounts, creating marketing and delivering to properties, light cleaning, assisting owner in various daily tasks. Opportunity to advance into more responsibility and begin earning bonuses after a minimum of 1 year. 

Qualified individuals must have the following skills:
1. Integrity and honesty 
2. Confidentiality
3. Self-starter and able to be productive with little oversight
4. A great assistant is willing and able to "lighten the load" without having to be asked to do tasks constantly but can see a need arise and figure out how to take care of it. 
5. Be willing to take personality and strengths finder profiles to ensure a good fit with both employer and fellow agents.
6. Attention to detail is very important
7. A great attitude and eagerness to learn!
